HUIPRINT (慧印) started at Sunshine Plaza, Singapore (91 Bencoolen St, #02-02) with a single DTF (direct-to-film) printer. We specialise in custom apparel decoration, promotional gift printing, printing on special substrates and DTF equipment & consumables distribution — turning ideas, moods and identities into pieces worth wearing and sharing.
We don't talk about scale — we talk about how we solve each customer's problem.
At Sunshine Plaza in Singapore: one A2 DTF printer and one simple conviction — printing should not just reproduce artwork, it should make creativity, emotion and identity visible. The first tee off the heat press carried a Singlish joke we designed ourselves. People laughed, then asked where it was printed.
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas — ink absorption, heat resistance and adhesion all differ. We spent months testing temperature, pressure and dwell-time combinations. One batch of dark polyester tees suffered dye migration 48 hours after pressing and had to be redone. Since then, dark substrates are always pre-tested before production — we never gamble on a customer's order.
A customer once sent a phone photo of a hand-drawn sketch at midnight, asking if it could be printed. That used to mean several rounds of back-and-forth on resolution, sizing and layout. With AI-assisted artwork prep we returned a cleaned-up proof and printing advice within minutes, and the order was confirmed the same day. AI scales efficiency; craft knowledge of fabric, colour management and heat transfer still decides the result.
Today HUIPRINT serves individual customisation, first uniform runs for start-up teams, community event merchandise, short-run corporate branded items, gift customisation and printing on special substrates. We don't chase volume; we want every piece to be worth wearing, remembering and using. Scale is not capability — real competitiveness comes from accumulated craft and the trust earned each time we solve a customer's problem.

51+ prices are FROM prices, based on the same artwork, standard colours and sizes XS–XL. 2XL +S$2. 3XL and above, rush jobs, special, heat-sensitive or coated garments: quote or test first. Prices in SGD, delivery excluded; the final price is subject to artwork and garment check.
Every step exists for a reason, and every step is traceable.
Send your artwork along with garment style, colour, sizes, quantity and required delivery date. One piece or a full run — it starts with understanding the job.
We check resolution, dimensions, background and printability, then handle mirroring, white-ink underbase and nesting. Even a blurry phone photo can usually be cleaned up.
Fabric, transfer film, ink and machine condition are all checked. Coated or stretch fabrics get a test press first — better to spend an extra day than to risk the delivery.
CMYK colour layer over a white-ink underbase delivers clean detail on both light and dark garments. Smooth gradients on black fabric are among our favourite test results.
Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied evenly and cured at controlled temperature so the ink and adhesive layers bond properly. This step decides how many wash cycles the print survives.
Temperature, pressure and dwell time are adjusted for cotton, polyester, blends or canvas, with accurate placement. The same design needs completely different settings on a cotton tee and a tote bag.
We inspect image integrity, colour, edges, placement and adhesion, pack by size and arrange collection or delivery. Everything is checked before it reaches you.

We never run every fabric on the same settings. HUIPRINT tunes production parameters to fabric type, weight, print coverage and transfer-film characteristics. Unusual substrates are test-pressed before production to reduce colour shift, cracking and poor adhesion.
